Canopy Analysis

Canopy Analysis

Getting to know precisely the leaf area index is an important parameter which can tell a lot about the plant health at its first stages of grow. And while many of you have said to us that our Plant stress analysis has already helped drive better overall crop performance by giving accurate pieces of information about the leaf index, you’ve also asked for evendetailed report to exactly know:

  • the percentages and surface expressed in hectares of the canopy/leaf area and ground cover area
  • vegetation conditions
  • primary plant productivity

That’s why this week, we unveiled our new generation of Plant stress analysis- Canopy analysis.

How Canopy analysis works

By showing the areas covered with leaves and without leaves (ground) in percentages and hectares, this drone-based analysis helps to discover precisely:

  • all missing plants
  • not enough developed plants, probably because of the stress or missing minerals

How Canopy analysis will improve my yield

Canopy analysis precisely shows two kinds of field zones (canopy and no canopy zone). For example, If you’re analysis report shows that 72% of your field is NO CANOPY zone, then, this means that 72% of your plants are under some stress (you can discover it by requesting one of our Stress analyses) and you should optimize your plant treatments in accordance to the given results (you will know what quantity of fertilizer is needed and when to apply it).

Request it (select the analysis and fill out the details) on our platform, or on our partner’s platform.

After our team of Ag experts receives your request, within two business days, they will provide actionable insights on the Agremo platform and in a PDF report like the one above. Also, we will give you end-to-end support to read all your results and integrate aerial data and analytics into your ag business.
