Map Sharing

The Agremo app lets you share more than just the final reports. With the map sharing tool, you can share the entire map with clients or colleagues and allow them to see and navigate through the map directly from the Agremo app. The user you share your map with can see the same field, the same map, and click and browse through the field within the Agremo app just like you can.

As the account owner, you can of course share only specific maps – all your other maps and fields will not be visible to the person you are granting access to. This popular feature has proven to be a great way to show clients the impressive benefits of this technology.

Let’s see how to share a map (A), and how to access the shared map (B).

  1. HOW TO SHARE A MAP?

STEP 1.

In the upper right corner click on the share button as presented in the picture below.

STEP 2.

Enter the email address of the person with whom you would like to share your map. You can also write them an optional message with it. Then click SHARE.

After you have shared your map, the email with an access link will be sent to the email you specified in the previous step.

  1. HOW TO ACCESS THE SHARED MAP?

STEP 1B.

Once the map is shared with you, an email with the access link will arrive in your inbox.

STEP 2B.

If you have an Agremo account, please log in, or create  one – it is free, and then click on the link from the inbox.

STEP 3B.

Once you click on the link from the email, you will land on the map you were shared.

STEP 4B.

Now, you can see the results, zoom in and out on your map to perform visual validation, but you will not be able to request any of the Agremo analyses for this map – only the map owner can do that.
