Share fields and edit data

The sharing and editing field is a feature available only if the user is a part of an organization on the Agremo web app. 

To share a field with someone from your organization, go to the field list view.


Click on the share this field button for the field you want to share.


A new window will pop up. Enter the email address of your member organization with whom you want to share a field, optionally leave a comment and click on the Share button.

The user with whom the field is shared will receive an email that the field has been shared with him.

NOTE: The user with whom the field is shared, now has all the privileges as does the field owner. 

That means that he can delete the field, change the data, share the data, request the analysis, and share the results of the analysis.

Sharing an interactive map with results

Click on the Share this map button located in the right upper corner of the map view.

A new window will appear. Enter the email address you want to share the results folder with, comment as desired, and click the Share button.

A success message will appear.

Users you share a folder with will receive a notification email with a link to the shared folder.

When the user with whom the map is shared clicks on the link, it will be redirected to that map on the Agremo app. 


Users with whom the map is shared will not have the ability to change any data or to request additional analysis.
