What is the difference between the stand count report and the plant population report?

Plant population reports provide information about the number of plants on your field. This report is ideal for counting perennial plantations, orchards, and many other field types. It can be used for fields of all sizes and for virtually any plant type, as long as the plants are at least 10 cm above the ground. An example would be:

The number that our algorithms have counted is 123,811.

Stand Count reports show the number of plants in this area and compare it to the expected result. The expected result refers to the recommended set/number which you provide when submitting your request. This number can be the number of plants you are expecting (per acre or hectare), the plant number the seed producer recommended or any other value you’d like to compare the number of plants to. The difference between the number of plants and your expected results is shown in percent and contains the exact number of missing plants. For example:

The difference between the counted number of plants and the planned number of plants is 32% under norm, which is close to 58,264 plants.
