Agremo at Agritechnica – Future of Digital Farming

The Agritechnica trade fair in Hanover is not just another agricultural exhibition. It is the global hub for innovation and trends in modern farming. Recognized as the world’s largest agricultural machinery fair, Agritechnica brings together experts, manufacturers, and innovative companies from all over the world. The fair showcases cutting-edge solutions for digital farming, precision agriculture, and smart farming technologies.

In 2025, Agritechnica celebrated its 40th anniversary, marking its enduring impact on the agricultural sector. Known as a “global power booster” for the industry, the fair serves as a platform to present the latest agriculture technologies. These include robotics, farm automation, digital field management, and sustainable solutions.

The scale of the event is impressive. Nearly 2,800 exhibitors from over 50 countries participated, with almost 470,000 visitors from 149 countries attending. Across 24 exhibition halls, themes such as precision agriculture software, digital crop monitoring, automated machinery, and sustainable farming practices dominated the program.

Agritechnica is where agriculture innovations meet real-world practice. It is a place where machinery manufacturers push the boundaries of technology. Farming professionals gain inspiration and build meaningful connections. For companies like Agremo, which provides precision agriculture software solutions, the fair is the perfect stage. It allows them to explore how digital farming tools are shaping the future of agriculture worldwide.

Showcasing Agremo at XAG Expert Talk

We were especially proud to participate in this year’s Agritechnica. We extend a sincere thank you to XAG for the invitation and trust. At their stand, as part of the Expert Talk program, we held three days of presentations.

During these sessions, we showcased our most successful precision agriculture use cases, demonstrating how modern digital farming tools can transform field management. By combining XAG drones with Agremo AI analytics, we delivered tangible results and real impact for agricultural operations.

Key use cases included:

  • Spraying efficiency: Leveraging AI-driven field insights and drone-assisted applications, we reduced spraying costs by 70%, optimizing resource use while maintaining crop health.

  • Variable Rate Fertilization (VRA): Using precise VRA strategies guided by Agremo analytics, overall field vigor increased by 34%, from 49.26% to 83.48%, while achieving an estimated 36% fertilizer savings.

Sharing these results with an audience deeply familiar with agricultural innovation was incredibly rewarding. It highlighted the power of digital farming technologies and validated the real-world benefits of precision agriculture software and AI-assisted tools. These benefits include cost reduction, improved sustainability, and measurable enhancements in crop performance.

Networking, Collaboration, and Industry Insights

Beyond our presentations, Agritechnica offered an incredible networking opportunity. We held numerous meetings with friends, partners, and clients. These professionals share our vision for smart, sustainable agriculture and the adoption of precision farming technologies.

We exchanged innovative ideas for future projects. Some are already in the planning stage, while others are still in concept, but the energy and enthusiasm were contagious. We discussed new collaboration models, potential pilot projects, and strategies to tackle shared challenges together.

This aspect of the fair, where ideas take shape and partnerships become reality, is often the most valuable. Every conversation at Agritechnica revealed opportunities to innovate. The fair is not just for showcasing solutions, but also for exploring digital farming and agriculture innovation together.

Future Projects and Innovations in Digital Farming

After this inspiring experience at Agritechnica, we return home energized and full of concrete plans. Here are some of the key directions we are pursuing.

  • Developing new projects: Some of the ideas we exchanged will now be tested in real field conditions, with a strong focus on automation and AI-driven solutions in crop management. Key initiatives include:
    • Expanding precision agriculture use cases to new crops: All existing capabilities, including green-on-green weed detection, crop health monitoring, and plant counting, will now be available for additional crops and new use case scenarios, leveraging Agremo AI for precise and actionable field insights.
    • Empowering users: We are enhancing our platform to give users more autonomy and flexibility. Clients will soon be able to interactively adjust analyses and fine-tune results. This will make it easier to leverage Agremo AI insights and make data-driven decisions independently.
    • Full integration with TopXgun drones for spraying: Enabling seamless, data-driven operations directly in the field, improving efficiency and reducing input costs.
    • Enhancing our AI agronomist, ARY: Continuing to improve ARY’s capabilities to deliver even more accurate data, actionable recommendations, and decision support for our users, helping them optimize field management with confidence.
  • Building strategic partnerships: We will continue to strengthen and expand our ecosystem partnerships, not only with XAG, but also with DJI and TopXgun, to jointly develop solutions that support precision agriculture, digital farming, and sustainable crop management across global markets.
