View your map through different vegetation indices such as VARI, EXG, GLI Index, and Visual NDVI. Check the result layer and the histogram graphs to have a better picture of your plants conditions.
Agremo goes far beyond index-based analyses (like NDVI or VARI)
Many phenomena cannot be measured at all with index-based analysis, and our algorithms use multiple sources and complex data patterns to see more than just color differences, as NDVI reports do by simply showing the chlorophyll levels of plants and how green an area is. But green is not always a good color in agriculture 🙂 NDVI reports will, for example, mark green weeds are fine areas and yellow crops as problem areas (for example corn in the maturity stage).
Open your map
After uploading the GeoTIFF image of your field, click on the field area you want to analyze to create annotations. Select the analysis type and submit it to get the report.
Click on Plant Health
In the left sidebar of the app, you can see the icon for Plant Health, right above the + sign for zooming in. Once you click on that icon, a new sidebar will appear on the right.
View vegetation index
From the drop-down menu called “List of VI” select the vegetation index you want to use for the analysis of your field. View your map through different vegetation indices such as VARI, EXG, GLI Index, and Visual NDVI.
